FishNet

FishNet is an online resource for fish anatomy where image series of zebrafish at different developmental time points are displayed. Using the technique of optical projection tomography (OPT) (described in Bryson-Richardson and Currie 2004) three- dimensional (3D) models of larval zebrafish from 5mm to adulthood have been created. FishNet is currently being developed by A/Prof Peter Currie's lab as a resource for the global community.
