We only deliver within Australia. Postage and handling fees are included in the purchase price. We endeavour to dispatch orders within three business days of receiving confirmation of payment.

We use Australia Post to deliver our products. Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute has no control over the performance of Australia Post or any other company which we may use to deliver our goods. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery. If you do not receive your goods after 14 days from date of purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@victorchang.edu.au with your full name and invoice number. 

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not totally happy with your purchase or an item has arrived damaged, please return the product to us within 30 days via Australia Post and we will arrange an exchange or refund.  An original receipt must be presented as proof of purchase. Products and packaging must be returned in original condition i.e. the original tags and labels are still attached, the item is in its original packaging (if any), and the item is unworn and unused. Exchange after 30 days from purchase date is limited to comply with consumer rights only. Please return any item to:
