COVID-19 Operations Update

Dear Supporter,

The Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute remains dedicated to solving the unsolved, now more than ever in these unprecedented times.

Our hearts go out to those who have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Due to government guidelines, and in the interest of the safety and health of our staff, the Institute has had to adapt the way we operate for the time being.

There may be some delays to our supporter services, but we want you to know we are working tirelessly to improve and adapt in these uncertain times. Below we have compiled a list of frequently asked questions that we hope you find useful and informative.

We would like to thank you for your patience, understanding and above all, your support at this time.

You can learn more about our role in the fight against coronavirus (COVID-19) here. Our research is vital, now more than ever. People are dying. If someone with a serious heart condition gets COVID-19, they are at a much higher risk of severe disease. Medical research is the only way to get the answers we all need. This would not be possible without you, we cannot thank you enough.

Please look after yourselves,

The Team at the Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute

  2. - To make a donation and for changes to credit card or bank details:

  4. I sent my donation by mail, but I’m not sure if it has been processed or I haven't received my tax receipt.
Unfortunately, the postal service is receiving enormous volumes of mail and as such, there are delays to both our incoming and outgoing mail. It may take longer than usual for us to receive your donation and in turn for your receipt to be delivered to you. We are so grateful for every gift we receive and are working hard to reduce delays as much as we can. If possible, please provide an email address on your donation form so that we may email your receipt to you. This is the quickest way to receive this at the moment.

If you have any other questions please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
